Packaging is done in agreement with the client based on factors such as fragility, weight, cost, etc. Generally, several types of packaging can be distinguished:

— Standard: Cardboard box, bag, tape. Suitable for non-fragile items that do not require additional protection, such as clothing.

— Reinforced: Cardboard box, bag, tape, cardboard corners. Suitable for household goods. This is the most common type of packaging, offering a compromise between product weight and robust, reinforced packaging.

— Wooden crate: In addition to standard packaging, wooden slats are placed around the perimeter for added protection. Suitable for fragile items where maintaining shape integrity is crucial, or for high-value items.

— Wooden pallet: The safest form of packaging, as all handling of this cargo occurs with a forklift rather than manually. Usually combined with wooden crate protection around the cargo. Can be complemented with cardboard corners around the perimeter. Suitable for cargo occupying a minimum volume of 1 m³.

— Additionally, items can be packed in polystyrene boxes, bubble wrap, or metal mesh upon request.

— Payment is made in Russian rubles to a Sberbank or Tinkoff card. The ruble exchange rate is calculated daily based on the market situation. We do not use the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia; instead, conversion is based on rates set by commercial banks.

— Payment to the bank account of a legal entity registered in Russia is also accepted.

— We do not profit from currency conversion, so the exchange rate is calculated daily to minimize client expenses.

— After the product is confirmed with the client, a 100% prepayment is required to proceed with purchasing the goods from the manufacturer. Delivery is paid upon arrival of the goods in Moscow.

We offer the possibility of entering into an official contract between our company registered in China and a legal entity located in Russia. In this specific case, your company must have a license for international activities.

After payment and upon arrival of the goods at our warehouse, we provide a detailed photo/video report before shipment. We also recommend insuring the cargo for its full value. In the event of loss of the goods, you will be reimbursed the entire amount (though this occurs very rarely, it is still advisable to take precautions).

When shipping your goods, there is an option for insurance available. We STRONGLY recommend insuring the cargo against potential loss. The cost of insurance typically amounts to just 2% of the total value of the shipment. It’s crucial to declare the actual value of the goods because in unforeseen circumstances, you will be compensated based on the initially declared value.

IMPORTANT!!!
The cost of shipping the cargo is calculated only to Moscow or Astana. Expenses associated with delivery to regions are calculated separately based on the rates of local logistics companies.
Cargo is insured ONLY in case of its loss. Damages to the cargo cannot be insured. We strongly advise proper packaging selection for fragile goods (such as glassware, dishes, etc.).

NOT CONSIDERED INSURABLE:
— Delay in delivery times (they occur rarely but can happen; this factor is not considered insurable).
— Damage to the cargo due to refusal of reinforced (proper) packaging. For example, transporting plastic items without opting for reinforced (wooden) packaging. In such cases, even if the goods are damaged, we cannot compensate for your losses.
— We do not insure your cargo against damage or breakage in transit. This applies specifically to items such as glass, porcelain, dishes, chandeliers, and similar products.
